Overview

The Dasara Camp organized by ISKCON for children aged 6 to 13 years will be held 7th October to 10th October. The camp sessions will be conducted online, offering flexibility and convenience for participants to join from their homes.

These timings are designed to be convenient for children, and we have planned a short break during the session to keep them refreshed and attentive.

Key Highlights of the Camp

Bhagavad-gita Shloka sessions

Children will be introduced to the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad-gita. They will learn important shlokas, their meanings, and the important lessons, helping to nurture values like compassion, humility, and so on.

Vedic Stories

Participants will hear captivating stories from the vast reservoir of Vedic scriptures, including pastimes from the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Srimad Bhagavatam. These stories will be narrated in an interactive manner, ensuring that children grasp important life lessons and the essence of Vedic teachings.

Interactive Activities

To ensure a balanced approach between learning and play, the camp includes engaging activities such as quizzes, arts and crafts, and games that align with Vedic themes. These activities are designed to enhance creativity and teamwork while reinforcing the spiritual lessons taught.

Cultural Exposure

The camp offers children a chance to experience the richness of our Vedic culture through devotional bhajans, prayers, and japa medidation.

Personality Development

The overarching goal of the camp is to inspire character building and moral development through the teachings of Vedic texts. Children will learn how to apply these values in their daily lives.

Each participant will be provided an e-certificate at the end of the course.
