(Applicable only to participants who opt for the transportation facility)

• A deposit of INR 500 is charged during registration for those opting for transportation. The actual fee will be higher and will be communicated before the camp begins.
• ISKCON Samskriti acts only as a facilitator between transport vendors and parents.
• The transport tariff per route is fixed for the entire camp duration and is determined based on distance and vehicle type.
• Vehicle routes will be planned by ISKCON Samskriti, considering the convenience of all participants and traffic conditions.
• Parents must ensure timely drop-off at designated pick-up points. The vehicle will not wait for more than two minutes at any location. If missed, parents must arrange to drop their child at the camp venue for that day.
• Transport fees are non-refundable once collected.
• The transportation facility will begin from Day 1 afternoon onwards. It will not be available on the educational trip day and Talents Day.
• Children should avoid carrying valuables while traveling or attending camp.
• Children are strictly advised not to share their contact details with anyone.
• ISKCON Samskriti reserves the right to determine routes and change vehicle types based on the number of registrations.
• If a route is cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, the transport fee will be refunded after deducting charges for days the service was used. Parents will need to arrange their child's transportation for the rest of the camp.
• If we are unable to accommodate your child in any route, the deposit amount will be fully refunded.
• Discipline Matters: If a participant violates discipline during transportation, the camp coordinator may decide to cancel their transport facility. In such cases, the transport fee will be refunded accordingly.
