• In case of unforeseen circumstances, ISKCON Samskriti reserves the right to cancel any module and offer an alternative.
• The module trainer's decision regarding a candidate's eligibility for a module, based on an audition, is final.
• Changes to modules and batches are discouraged. If a module change is necessary, it must be done within the first three days of the camp.
• Activities may be filmed for future educational and promotional purposes.
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend programs and accompanying terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Entry into the program constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
• All notifications and program-related communication will be sent electronically.
• We may conduct publicity activities related to program participation, competitions, and awards. Participants agree to the use of their name, photograph, prize details, and city/town of residence in promotional campaigns. All photos, audio, and video recordings remain the copyright of ISKCON Samskriti and the educational initiatives of ISKCON Bangalore.
• Participants must report on time every day.
• If a participant is commuting independently using public transport, this must be communicated in advance via email or a physical letter.
• Culture Camp expects full participation from children. We request that they attend the entire program without breaks.
• Missed sessions will not be repeated.
• Parents are not encouraged to visit children during camp activities.
• Participants shall not carry mobile phones or electronic devices.
• Participants shall not bring non-vegetarian food items, including eggs, to the camp.
• Participants must adhere to the prescribed dress code.
• Certificates will be issued only to participants who have attended at least 90% of the sessions.

• 1. Refund Timeframes and Amounts
  • 1.1. Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested 20 days or more before the event start date.
  • 1.2. Partial Refund: For cancellations made 3 to 19 days before the event, a partial refund may be issued based on incurred costs, such as preparation, welcome kits, and other expenses.
  • 1.3. Non-Refundable: The fee collected is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours before the event start or during the event.
• 2. Exceptions for Special Circumstances
  • 2.1. Health or Family Emergencies: A full or partial refund (or credit for a future event) may be provided if the request is accompanied by documentation, such as a doctor’s note.
  • 2.2. Travel Disruptions: If a participant’s travel is unexpectedly cancelled due to reasons such as flight or train cancellations, adverse weather, or other unavoidable travel issues, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund with supporting documentation.
  • 2.3. Inclement Weather or Event Cancellation: If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, parents can choose between a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
• 3. Refund Process
  • 3.1. Request Method: To request a refund, parents must email within the specified timeframe to the following address: refunds@iskconsamskriti.org.
  • 3.2. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the request.
• 4. Event Credit or Donation Options
  • 4.1. Event Credit: For added flexibility, parents may apply their registration fee as a credit toward any future ISKCON Samskriti event within the next 12 months.
  • 4.2. Donation Option: Parents may also choose to forgo the refund, allowing their registration fee to be used as a donation to support and promote future ISKCON Samskriti events.
